Because Collaboration Matters

Supporting children, adolescents, and adults through collaborative, culturally attuned care and evidence-based therapy

We are a DC metro–based psychotherapy practice serving children, adolescents, young adults, and adults young at heart. Our work specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and the treatment of anxiety disorders, with a focus on helping individuals develop practical emotional skills that support growth and resilience. We are committed to providing culturally attuned care that honors the diverse backgrounds and experiences of the individuals and families we serve.
