Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
To schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please contact your therapist directly or send a message through our Contact Us page. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a no-show fee. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients and helps us maintain timely access to care.
Fees and Insurance
Our standard fee is $250 per 50-minute session, whether for individual or family therapy.
Diana Mayer and Associates does not participate directly with insurance companies, but our services are typically reimbursable through most insurance plans as out-of-network mental health care. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your benefits and potential reimbursement.

If I pay for the session, can I be reimbursed?
If yes, how much will I be reimbursed?
Do I have a deductible?
How many sessions does my plan cover?
Do I need prior approval from my primary care provider (PCP)?
